Deposits
and Cancellations
First, let us say, that we would much rather welcome you here, than
take your money without giving you the pleasure of a stay with us. We
highly value repeat business and know that the experience of Wildwood
is the best way to get you to come back.
Your initial deposit guarantees that you get what you want when you
want it. It is due within 7 days of you booking. It also means that we
will refuse other inquiries, so if you do not turn up, we lose income.
If you cancel and we can re-rent your booking, your deposit will be
available for a future stay within the next 12 months.
If you cancel and we cannot re-rent, you lose your deposit.
During peak periods and for groups, we also ask for full prepayment to
be made to us one month before the arrival date. The above
cancellation policy applies to this too.
If you prefer spontaneity or don't want to risk losing money, we
understand. By calling us closer to the day, you should have no reason
to cancel. We usually do have some accommodation available. Be aware
that fall and spring weekends and the 127 Corridor Sale week are our
busiest times.
