Enjoy trail riding in the
biggest equestrian park in South
East U.S.A., hiking, wild flowers and nature, photography, fishing,
hunting, ATV riding, boating and swimming on the rugged Cumberland
Plateau.
You'll not find the crowds and congestion of the Smokies.

Stay at the
Lodge,
with its lively
discussions over the full cooked hearty breakfast, or if you want more
privacy, a cheaper solution for more than 2 people, have children or
pets, rent a
cabin in the
woods near the
stables. Set in 27 acres of rolling, wooded grounds, with wild flower
trails, lawns and flowers everywhere, extensive decks and areas for
your relaxation, Wildwood will offer you a warm, friendly welcome to
you and your horses.
At
the Lodge, each of the 10, impeccably clean, bedrooms has a private
bathroom. You don't go through our home to get to your room, you have
your own front door so you can come and go as you please. Every bedroom
is different - with natural craft pieces, warm wood paneling and loads
of warm fabrics. Meet together in the comfortable sitting room with its
well-stocked library, in the evenings - the fire place makes it so warm
and cozy. Start the day with the full cooked country breakfast and
animated discussions, with lots of laughter. We can help you plan your
day. To save you a round trip into town, we provide home-made fare on
the days the local restaurant is closed. Reservations are essential -7
days before the dinner.
Gardening and yard work are part of our relaxation and also our trade
mark - you'll find the lodge,
cabins and stables a blaze of blooms all through the spring, summer and
fall.
If you love outdoor
sports, nature or are looking for a relaxed, spoilt getaway, you've
probably found the right place!
We want you to enjoy your stay and will do our best to make your visit
a memorable one.
