Customer Originated Trace
On occasion, we may have someone who is harassing or threatening us by phone. In these cases, Customer Originated Trace is your key to finding out who it is and delivering the trace information to law enforcement! This feature is continuously on the customer's line with a $3.00 monthly fee.
The customer is required to sign a trace authorization form at the local Sheriff or Police department. The law-enforcement will sign and fax the authorization to TLTC. A $10.00 one-time fee per successful trace is applied to your phone bill.
The customer is required to sign a trace authorization form at the local Sheriff or Police department. The law-enforcement will sign and fax the authorization to TLTC. Once enrolled, if you get a nuisance call you can dial *57 and listen for instructions to confirm the call has been traced.
TLTC will hold this number for up to 3 days and release it to law-enforcement at your request. Customer must contact TLTC with the date and time that harassing call came in. The trace stays on the customer's line for 3 days. No monthly fee. A $10.00 one-time fee per successful trace is applied to your phone bill.

Anonymous Call Rejection
This feature allows you to reject calls from callers who have a privacy feature.. Anyone with privacy enabled will be required to temporarily unblock their number before contacting you.
Selective Call Rejection
This feature will allow you to automatically block calls from any of the numbers on the call rejection list you have created (maximum of 12 numbers). A rejected caller will hear a voice recording saying you are not presently accepting calls.
